I normally buy my hearts and roses teams from a local small business and have a number of them. Which I love. I do find the web site can be glitchy but after playing around between us we found a number of dresses and a shrug. We are quite good with sizing and took the advice of the size up comment when it was suggested. Every single dress fitted and looked amazing. The dresses arrived with plenty of notifications and tracking were very securely packed and were exactly as I expected them to be.. The only thing that needs improved is the programming of the website. I haven’t needed to return anything or contact customer services so can’t comment on that 4 and 4/5 stars if I could. Overall everyone very pleased.
